Digital Media Sales - Account Manager / Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

Promote Yahoo! E-commerce solutions (Deals, Auctions, Store) to potential clients
-
Sell digital and native ad marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients
-
Identify strategies to target new & high-value accounts in specific industries, particularly Food & Beverage, Beauty and Travel.

Serve as the client’s primary point of contact – develop lasting business relationships through trusted advisory sales role
-
Achieve challenging but realistic sales targets and business goals by establishing priorities, milestones and actions
-
Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements :
-
High Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Media or relevant disciplines
-
1-3 years experience working at a media agency or publisher managing a brand’s digital advertising strategy and buying activities (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager)
-
Experience in handling category of Food & Beverage, Beauty & Fashion, Traveling and Lifestyle is a definite advantage.

Relevant sales experience to corporate management level / SME owner is an advantage

Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant
-
Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Initiative, well-organized and able to work under much pressure
-
Fluent Cantonese, English & Mandarin

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ecommerce Executive

Update and maintain all sales reports and related marketing materials as well as communicate to the management and to the merchants

Update and maintain all sales and post-sales related documentation. This may include sales deck, merchant onboarding documentation, merchant agreements, etc.

Work closely with the sales to facilitate the sales process
-
Prepare preview / mock-up for merchant approval before launch including wordings, system settings, proof-reading.

Assist pipeline management to ensure no delay on launching schedule
-
Respond to customer inquiries and CS related issues
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates with good attitude are also welcome
-
Superbly attentive to details and able tability to multitask
-
Excellent in Chinese and written English
-
Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
-
Good data processing, problem solving & computer skills
-
Knowledge of Photoshop is definitely an advantage
